2001. Practiced exclusively in land use/zoning, which required attending land
use hearings and drafting permit decisions based on federal, state, and local
laws for the lead Hearing Examiner.
- Started a local redevelopment business focused on revitalizing homes and
providing a higher standard of living for entry-level buyers, in addition to opening
development opportunities for local builders through land partitions and subdivisions.
- Obtained her real estate license to put her passion for, and knowledge of,
real estate law to work on a more personal and rewarding level by working with
individual buyers and sellers.

on the island of Guam
- Favorite pet: her rooster when she was 13
- Moved to the Northwest in 1991
- Spent a year living in Florence, Italy on a study abroad program; she met
her husband, Ed, on the program and they have been inseparable ever since
- Lived in almost every major city on the West Coast (Los Angeles, San Diego,
Oakland, San Francisco, Seattle, Phoenix) – and choose to make Portland
home because she says it is ‘the greatest city of them all’!
- Owns an old-Portland home in the Hawthorne area with Ed and their two beautiful
little girls, ages 2 and 4. They bought it as a fixer and labored with love to
turn it into a gem.
